Cancellation & Refund Policy

SIES School of Packaging (SIES SOP) hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, SIES SOP knows extenuating circumstances do occur. The Cancellation and Refund Policies for 31st IAPRI Members’ Conference are as follows:

Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellation must be communicated to the conference secretariat in writing via e-mail to iaprimumbai@sies.edu.in
  2. When the withdrawal is brought on by the registrant's inability to arrange his or her own travel, such as issues with a visa application or other travel documents, registration fees won't be reimbursed.
  3. The cancellation schedule is as follows:
    1. 50% refund on or before 60 days (i.e., March 23, 2023) prior to the conference.
    2. If you cancel within 60 days, there will be no refund.
  4. For administrative reasons, all refunds will be made after the conference, and a$50 administrative fee will be charged.
  5. No refund will be considered in the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather, natural calamities, or other unforeseen causes.
